Return Policy
At Only Moss, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and care that go into every piece we create. Each item is a unique work of art, handcrafted with love and precision to bring a touch of nature into your space. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges except for items damaged during shipping or handling
Important: To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must:
- Report the issue to the carrier at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged item.
This ensures we can file an insurance claim and resolve the issue promptly.

Custom Orders
Custom orders allow you to work directly with our artist, Yessika Silva, to create a truly one-of-a-kind piece tailored to your vision. Due to the personalized nature of these creations, custom orders require a 100% advance payment at the time of purchase.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. We encourage open communication during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Thank you for trusting us to craft something unique and meaningful for your space.
Shipping & Handling
All of our moss art pieces are made to order, reflecting the time and care it takes to create something extraordinary. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase for production and shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
For customers needing faster delivery, we offer rush processing for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to inquire about this option before placing your order.
International Orders:
Shipping internationally? We’d be happy to help! Due to varying customs regulations, we ask that international customers contact us prior to purchase. We will provide a detailed shipping quote, including costs and any necessary documentation. Orders will only be processed once the quote has been reviewed and accepted.
To ensure smooth customs processing, all international shipments include a letter describing the preserved moss materials used in your artwork. While most shipments clear customs without issue, each country has its own regulations, and delays may occur.
