Because all pieces are handcrafted and made to order, cancellations or modifications are not possible after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

What are your shipping times?
All orders are handcrafted and made to order, requiring a production time of 4-6 weeks before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Do you offer international shipping?
For international orders, please contact us directly at sales@onlymoss.com before placing your order. Due to varying customs regulations and shipping policies, we will provide a detailed shipping quote, including final costs and requirements. Orders will only be processed after the shipping quote has been reviewed and accepted by the client. Once confirmed, we will proceed with your purchase and shipment.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products. We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged. Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order by providing photos of the packaging and the item.
How do I request a replacement for a damaged product?
To request a replacement for a damaged item, contact us immediately at sales@onlymoss.com with:
- Photos of the packaging and the damaged product
- Your order number
You must also report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Our products are crafted to last, but they do require proper indoor conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from exposure to direct sunlight, water, or high heat.

No, Only Moss does not store payment information. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or Stripe, ensuring your information remains private and safe.
